The Muskrat Falls Project is a hydroelectric generating station in Newfoundland and Labrador. The first unit of the project was linked to Labrador’s electricity grid in the fall of 2020, and the project is expected to be completed in the fall of 2021.

According to NALCOR, the Muskrat Falls Project creates an average of 1500 jobs each year. In 2015, that number rose to more than 3100. Jobs span across more than 70 different trades, and include positions held by electricians, crane operators, truck drivers, and more.
