Bien que le Syndicats des m\u00e9tiers de la construction du Canada soient encourag\u00e9s par les mesures prises pour r\u00e9duire le nombre total de travailleurs temporaires pouvant \u00eatre employ\u00e9s par un seul employeur, il reste d\u2019importantes lacunes \u00e0 combler avant que ce programme puisse \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme autre chose qu\u2019une mesure de suppression des salaires pour les gens de m\u00e9tier du Canada.
