La transition vers une \u00e9conomie propre est une occasion pour les travailleurs sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s de construire l'infrastructure propre et verte de l'avenir - tout en maintenant des salaires et des avantages sociaux solides pour les travailleurs. Dans un sondage r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en 2022 aupr\u00e8s de travailleurs sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s de tout le Canada, on a constat\u00e9 que 76% des membres craignent que les emplois dans le secteur des \u00e9nergies renouvelables et de l'\u00e9cologie ne soient moins bien r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9s que les emplois dans le secteur du p\u00e9trole et du gaz.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); text-align: var(--text-align); font-size: 1rem;\">Les Syndicats des m\u00e9tiers de la construction du Canada continueront de plaider en faveur de salaires \u00e9lev\u00e9s, notamment en liant le salaire dominant aux investissements dans l'\u00e9conomie propre, ainsi qu'en faveur de mesures de soutien transitoires pour les travailleurs qualifi\u00e9s qui pourraient \u00eatre touch\u00e9s par la transition vers une
