Mental Health & Substance Use Resources
Canada’s Building Trades Unions is focused on addressing mental health struggles and substance use among skilled trades workers. If you are struggling, know that you are not alone – your brothers and sisters and our entire movement are ready to stand with you and get you the help that you need. Below are the help lines and resources in each province, and nationally, available to you.
Be sure to check with your local or national union to assess what additional programs may be available through your membership.
